This is the caramel apple to end all caramel apples. We have found an Ex-Large Fuji apple, wrapped it in homemade caramel, rolled it in chopped almonds & drizzled the apple with white & dark chocolate. When cut properly (in a square around the core, then further slicing each section) this apple will yield 3-4 servings. The caramel apple is a total weight of approx. 2 lbs and was presented in the 2006 SAG (Screen Actors Guild) Award Basket.
